At Rara Barefoot, we want your feet to feel natural and free. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is secured inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
